I have been in the business many years and have never experienced the generosity of spirit that he has extended to me . Between technology and all of the many issues that one is confronted with when changing companies is never ending. He has never tired of answering questions, assisting me in whatever I come up with and then following up to make sure that I accomplished what needed to be done. Checking in periodically to see that I have all my needs met and helping out on my first weekend here with a challenge with an agreement. He was there!!! Also, all of the materials necessary to assist me in my work is readily available in the office. Never had that before. I am so grateful to have a manager who cares and is there for me......that's a new one.
